Before signing up for a class at Sanctuary Studio, there are a few things you should know. If you register for a class you're agreeing to the following (even if you don't actually read it). Don't worry! It's not that bad!

Registration/Cancellation
Due to very limited space and scheduling issues, class fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. (it doesn't happen very often, but if we have to cancel or postpone a session, we will notify you and offer you a makeup session or a refund.) Checked your calendar and know you're free? Sign up online and pay with a check or credit card via Paypal by clicking the Add to Cart button at the end of the workshop description. After we receive your registration we'll email back a confirmation, usually within a few business days (we take holidays and weekends off.) Have questions? You can email us.

Attendance
Being on time and attending all classes is important to get the most out of your workshop. There are no makeups for missed sessions. For weekly classes: If you're not sure you'll be able to make all the classes as listed on the calendar, give us a call for advice or wait until the class is offered again. (join our email list if you want to hear about classes as they're posted.)

Supplies
All the supplies required for a class that are not available at the workshop are listed on our supplies page. From time to time we may call you and/or inform you of any changes when you register, but we promise there will be ample notice to gather everything together. If you come to class without the things you need you will either have to borrow/buy supplies from the other people in class or run out to buy them.

Hours
Sanctuary Studio opens 10-15 minutes before class. If you arrive early, grab a coffee or a snack in downtown Fairfax (less than one mile from the studio).

Privacy
When you join our email list your information will not be distributed or sold to anyone, for any reason. If you'd like to unscubscribe, send us a message and we'll be happy to take you off the list.
